1. Time to First Byte (TTFB) & Server Latency

We send HTTP requests from 10 global edge nodes (US East, US West, London, Frankfurt, Singapore, Tokyo, Mumbai, São Paulo, Sydney) every 60 seconds. We record the exact milliseconds elapsed between the initial connection and the first byte returned.

2. 365-Day Continuous Uptime Monitoring

Using automated ping daemons, we check server availability every 30 seconds. A single HTTP 5xx error or unhandled timeout registers as downtime and directly lowers the host's reliability rating.

3. High-Concurrency Stress Testing

We simulate sudden traffic spikes (50 to 500 simultaneous virtual users) to measure whether the host throttles CPU or causes 503 Service Unavailable errors under real e-commerce load.

4. Renewal Pricing & Support Quality

We mystery-shop 24/7 support channels at midnight and weekend hours with complex technical queries (SSL handshake bugs, DNS propagation, PHP memory limits) to grade real engineer competence and response speed.
